About Allpanel: an independent ID provider you can actually reach

We are a small, independent team that helps players across India open and run their Allpanel accounts. We are not the company behind the Allpanel Exchange platform, and we do not pretend to be. What we do is simpler and, honestly, more useful day to day: we set up your ID, sort out logins and deposits, and answer the questions that a big faceless operator never gets around to. If you have ever waited three days for an email reply, you already understand why we exist.

Who we are

Most of us have spent years around online exchange platforms — placing our own bets on the cricket, watching how the panels change season to season, and helping friends who could not figure out where to even start. Somewhere along the way that turned into a proper service. Today we handle the boring, fiddly parts of getting onto an exchange so that you can skip straight to the part you came for: the next match, the live tables, the in-play markets.

Everything we publish is written by a real person who follows this market closely. You will see the same byline across the site — Faizan Ali, our Exchange Platform Analyst — because we would rather stand behind our words than hide behind a generic "admin" account. If a guide is wrong or out of date, there is someone to answer for it.

Our mission

The goal is not complicated. We want getting an Allpanel ID to feel like texting a friend who knows the ropes, not filling out a bank form. That means two things we refuse to compromise on: fast IDs and real human support. An account should be ready in minutes, and when something goes sideways — a forgotten password, a deposit that has not landed, a market you cannot find — there should be a person on the other end who actually replies.

The honest version: we make money by helping people get set up and stay set up. That only works if we are quick, straight with you, and easy to reach. So that is exactly what we optimise for — not flashy promises, just a smooth account and a chat that gets answered.

Why WhatsApp-first

We run almost everything through WhatsApp, and that is a deliberate choice. Nearly everyone in India already lives inside that app, so there is nothing new to download, no portal to log into, no ticket number to memorise. You message us the way you would message anyone else, and your whole history sits in one thread. Need your login again next month? Scroll up. Want to reactivate an old ID? Same chat. It keeps things personal and it keeps things fast, which is the entire point. You can start a conversation from any WhatsApp button on this site.

Where we stand on responsible play

We take this part seriously, because the flip side of "fast and easy" is that it should never tip into harm. Our service is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, and only where online gaming is legal for you. We will never push you to deposit more, chase a losing run, or treat this as anything other than entertainment you can afford. If the fun ever stops being fun, please step back — and know that free, confidential help is always available through the organisations we link in our footer. You can read more on our responsible gaming page.

How we check what we publish

Nothing goes on this site because it sounded right in conversation. Before a page is published, someone on the team opens the panel and walks the exact steps we are about to describe — the login screen, the deposit flow, the market list during a live match — and writes down what actually happens, not what the platform says should happen. If a step has changed since the last time we looked, the page is rewritten before it goes up rather than after a reader complains.

We are honest about the shelf life of our own knowledge. Panels get redesigned, download links move, and payment routes come and go with no warning at all. So the pages that go stale fastest — the app page, the deposit page and the login page — get re-checked whenever we notice something shifting on our side of the desk. Where we genuinely do not know, we say so rather than guess. A cautious answer you can rely on beats a confident one that turns out to be wrong.

Reader messages are part of that process. A good share of our corrections start with somebody telling us on WhatsApp that a screen looks different from the one described here. Those messages get read, checked against the live platform, and acted on, and we are glad to get them.

The experience behind this

None of this comes from reading other websites. Between us we have been placing bets on Indian cricket for years, through several seasons of IPL, domestic tournaments and overseas tours, and we have watched the exchange panels change shape more than once in that time. We have had deposits sit in limbo, had logins lock at the worst possible moment, and had to work out what to do about it — which is precisely why our guides spend more time on what goes wrong than on what goes right.

Setting up IDs for other people came later, and it taught us a second thing entirely: where ordinary players get stuck. It is almost never the betting itself. It is the app that will not install, the password reset that never arrives, the top-up that has not shown up yet. Those small blockages are what the desk exists to clear, and they are what most of this site is about.

What we will not do

There are lines we hold to. We do not publish invented ratings, licence numbers or awards. We do not promise winnings, returns or any sort of sure thing, because none exists in betting. We do not ask for your OTP, card PIN or net-banking password, and no legitimate service ever will. We do not set up anyone under 18. And we do not chase people who go quiet — if you decide this is not for you, that is a perfectly sensible decision and we will leave you to it.

Getting in touch

Whether you want to open your first Allpanel ID, recover an old one, or just ask how the whole thing works before you commit, we are one message away. There is no call centre script and no upsell waiting — just a straight answer. Head to our contact page or tap any WhatsApp button, and we will take it from there.

How an Allpanel guide gets built

Nothing here is written from imagination. A page starts as a question the desk keeps receiving, gets tested against what actually happens on a handset, and only then goes up. It also explains the format: fault sections are numbered states to step through rather than paragraphs of reassurance, each one transcribed from a query the desk had already closed.

The tests every Allpanel page has to pass

  • Has this been seen for real? An untested step does not get published, however sensible it sounds.
  • Is the timing honest? If a batched transfer might idle for several hours, that is what you will be told, because nobody here quotes a minute figure they cannot stand behind.
  • Does it imply a result? Anything hinting that a market is safe gets cut entirely.
  • Would we say it in a chat? If not, the wording changes until we would.

What is deliberately absent from this Allpanel site

No invented licence numbers. No award badges nobody issued. No user counts we cannot demonstrate. No star ratings awarded by us to ourselves. Tip columns are absent for the simple reason that nobody holds genuine tips, least of all the people charging for them. And no countdown timers or expiring offers, because their only function is to hurry a decision about money that deserves to be made slowly.

Where the Allpanel desk earns

Payment reaches this desk for the work of opening accounts and answering queries, never as a cut of what anybody stakes or loses. That structure is the reason we can tell a player to stop without it costing us anything, and it removes the incentive that makes some desks push a second deposit after a bad night. It is worth asking any desk you deal with the same question.

Corrections to an Allpanel page

If a page here is stale, wrong, or explained so poorly that it made your problem worse, say so on the contact page and name the page. Corrections from readers are the most useful messages we receive, and the Allpanel guides on this site are measurably better for the people who took a moment to send one instead of shrugging and closing the tab.

About this desk

Do you operate the Allpanel Exchange yourselves?

No, and every page says so for good reason. Our role is account provisioning and ongoing support on the Allpanel panel: we issue the ID, keep it working, and stay reachable afterwards. We do not own the brand, set the prices, or decide how a market settles. Our side of the arrangement is the wrapper around it: how fast an ID is issued, how a query is handled, and whether every line on this site is accurate.

How does this Allpanel desk earn money?

Revenue comes from running the registration and support desk, and none of it is tied to turnover or to anybody's losses. That structure matters more than it sounds: a desk funded by losses has an obvious reason to encourage a second deposit after a bad night. Ours does not, which is why closing an account is treated as a simple instruction.

Who is behind the guides published here?

Faizan Ali, our exchange platform analyst, working from the questions the desk actually receives rather than from a keyword list. Where a page describes a troubleshooting sequence, that sequence has been used on a real problem first. Nothing here is bought in from a writer who has never opened an exchange market board.

How often is the material reviewed?

Any time reality moves: a fresh oddity in one payment rail, a failure that shows only on particular handsets, an instruction that no longer does what it once did. Panel builds and routes change on a cycle no ordinary website keeps to, so every page that names a link or walks through a sequence sits on a recheck list. Reader corrections are one of the main triggers for a rewrite.

Do you review or rank competing platforms?

No. Everything documented here relates to a single platform, Allpanel, and to operating it with some judgement. Paid recommendations dressed up as impartial reviews are among the practices criticised elsewhere on these pages, so running them here would be straightforwardly hypocritical. If that ever changes, it will be stated on the page rather than buried in a disclosure line.

Why is there no certification badge in the footer?

Because we hold none to display and inventing one would be dishonest. Official-looking seals are trivially easy to copy and mean nothing in this space. An empty footer is preferable to a decorative lie. Judge an Allpanel desk on how it answers you at two in the morning, not on graphics anyone can paste into a page.

What will this site never publish?

Selections to follow, forecast results, promises of a certain return, made-up numbers describing this desk, and anything framing a betting account as an earner. Urgency devices such as countdown timers and expiring bonus banners are excluded for the same reason. If a page here reads a little dull, that is usually a deliberate choice rather than an accident of writing.

Can readers suggest new topics?

Yes, and the suggestions that come from players who searched for something and found nothing useful anywhere are the most valuable of all. Say what you were trying to do and what you could not find. Corrections to existing pages are equally welcome and generally get acted on faster than requests for new material.

Do you help players outside India?

This desk is configured for a single market: accounts held in India, rupee payment rails, and a fixture list that follows India's cricket season. Outside that setup our knowledge stops being worth much. Jurisdiction decides everything here: what is permitted in one country is capped in the next and prosecuted in a third. Before you log in, confirm what your own location permits, because a browser opening the page proves nothing whatever about legality.

What single point matters most on this whole site?

The figure you decide before you start. The rest of the site, meaning login routines and settlement windows and how each market resolves, is reference material to come back to when you need it. Whether this stays a pastime or curdles into a problem comes down to one thing: a ceiling fixed in advance that you then hold to.
