Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you contact us for an Allpanel ID, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are an independent Allpanel ID provider, and we try to keep this as honest and short as the subject allows. If anything here is unclear, just ask us.

The record we keep

Nothing is requested beyond the minimum needed to open an Allpanel account and keep it running. In practice that means:

  • Your name — so we can create and identify your account.
  • Your WhatsApp or mobile number — our main way of talking to you and sending your login details.
  • Basic account details you share during setup, such as a preferred username or notes about a deposit you are arranging.
  • Message history from our chats with you, so we have context when you come back with a question.

We do not ask for sensitive documents, bank passwords, card PINs or one-time codes, and you should never share those with us or anyone claiming to be us.

How we use your data

Your information is used for a short list of practical reasons:

  • To create your Allpanel ID and hand you your login details.
  • To support your account — resetting passwords, helping with deposits, and answering your questions.
  • To recover or reactivate an existing account when you ask us to.
  • To reply to you on the channel you contacted us through.

That is the extent of it. Nothing on file gets pushed into a promotional list that has no connection to your account.

We do not sell your data

This one is simple: we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not build advertising profiles from it or pass it to data brokers. The only time your details go anywhere is when it is necessary to set up or support the account you asked us to help with — for example, sharing what is needed to register your ID on the platform.

Cookies

Our website uses only the basics needed to make pages load and work properly. We may use simple, privacy-friendly analytics to understand roughly how many people visit and which pages are useful, so we can improve the site. This does not identify you personally. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time without breaking the site.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to support your account and our chats with you. If you close your account and ask us to delete your details, we will remove what we hold, except where we are required to keep certain records for a limited period. If you would like your data deleted, just tell us.

Keeping your data safe

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us and limit access to it. No system is ever perfectly secure, but we treat your details with care and only hold what we genuinely need. Please help us by keeping your own login credentials private and only entering them into the official panel link we send you.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you. We will honour these requests as quickly as we reasonably can.

Contact for privacy queries

If you have any questions about your privacy or want to make a request about your data, email us at support@the-allpanel.com or message us on WhatsApp. You can also reach us through our contact page.

18+ only. Our service and this site are intended for adults aged 18 and over, in places where online gaming is legal. No account is opened and no details are recorded, knowingly, for a person below that age.

We may update this policy from time to time as our service changes. When we do, the revised version will appear on this page.

A map of what the Allpanel desk holds

Short list, deliberately. Three categories and nothing else.

  • The conversation. Your chat thread with the desk, including anything you chose to send in it.
  • Account identifiers. The name and mobile number the account was opened with, and the username itself.
  • Payment references. The transaction references you supplied while a deposit or withdrawal was being sorted out.

There is no advertising profile attached to you, no record of what you read on this site, and no list of interests built from your betting. If something is not needed to support your account, we would rather not be holding it at all.

Allpanel retention, in plain terms

  1. While the account is active: the conversation stays, because the next person to pick it up needs the context.
  2. Once an account is shut: stored identifiers drop out of the record as soon as the final balance is reconciled.
  3. Payment references: kept only as long as a transaction could still be questioned.
  4. Unrequested attachments: removed as soon as staff spot them. Please do not send documents unprompted.

Others in the chain

Three parties sit alongside this Allpanel desk and each operates under its own terms rather than ours. The messaging service carries the conversation. The betting platform holds the account and everything inside it. Whichever bank or UPI app moves the money records that movement independently of this desk. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to advertisers, data brokers or tipping operations, and we do not confirm to anybody outside that chain that an account even exists.

Making a request of the Allpanel desk

Ask the desk directly; there is no form. You can ask what is held, ask for a correction to a misspelled name, ask for deletion once the account is closed and settled, or ask us to stop contacting you. Each of those is answered plainly. What we cannot do is reach into records held by the Allpanel platform or by your bank, and we will say so rather than claiming more control than we have.

Your own side of the Allpanel account

Most privacy damage in this space starts on the player's phone rather than in anybody's database: a password reused from a shopping site, an Android file taken from a group chat, a screenshot of credentials sitting in a gallery that syncs somewhere shared. Use a unique password, keep it out of browsers other people can reach, and delete credential screenshots once you have stored them somewhere private.

Privacy questions

What information does the Allpanel desk hold about me?

The list runs to three items: the message thread itself, the registration details of name, mobile and username, and whatever payment reference was quoted while a transfer was being sorted. Nothing else. There is no advertising profile, no record of pages you read on this site, and no list of interests assembled from what you bet on.

Is my mobile number ever shared or sold?

No. No advertising network, no data reseller, no paid-signal operation, and no caller who turns up claiming a personal connection to you. Three systems ever touch it: the app that transports the conversation, the Allpanel platform where the ID itself lives, and whichever bank processes a transfer. None of those involve us passing details on.

How long is my chat thread kept?

It stays for as long as the Allpanel account is live, so the next agent on your ticket opens the thread with its history intact instead of asking you to type everything out again. After closure, and once any balance has been settled, what we hold is cleared. Ask if you want it done sooner and you will get a straight answer about what can go.

Does reading this website track me?

Every page is plain static HTML, so browsing one registers you for nothing and leaves no credential to manage. Two elements here are hosted elsewhere: the scoreboard embed and the support-organisation links. Whoever runs those receives the standard request data that reaches any server on the internet. Blocking third-party content in your browser is a stronger control than any policy statement here.

Can I ask for everything to be deleted?

Yes, once the Allpanel account is closed and any remaining balance settled. Message the desk and it is done. Records sitting inside the betting platform's own systems, or on your bank's ledger, are outside our reach and cannot be removed by us. You will be told which is which rather than given a vague reassurance.

What if I sent a document nobody asked for?

Tell us and it is deleted. Registration runs on two fields, a name and a mobile number, with no documents requested, so when extra paperwork turns up it is almost always a cautious sender volunteering it. Hold back document scans, photographs of yourself and account statements until somebody here has told you, in writing, exactly which file is needed and what for.

Who can see what I bet on?

You and the platform operating the account. What reaches the Allpanel desk is the minimum needed to act on a query: an account handle, plus confirmation of whether a transfer arrived. We do not publish it, discuss it with anybody else, or confirm to an outside enquirer that your account exists at all, whoever is asking and whatever reason they give.

How is the little you hold kept safe?

Three defences: a very small store to begin with, access limited to whoever is working the ticket, and a standing refusal to collect the sort of data that would hurt in a breach. Since the Allpanel desk never asks for a password or a bank OTP, there is nothing of that kind in our hands for anybody to steal.

Do you use cookies for advertising?

Ad tags, retargeting pixels and profiling scripts are simply not installed, so browsing these pages assembles no portrait of you anywhere. Third-party embeds behave according to their own operators' rules rather than ours. If tracking concerns you at all, browser-level blocking is more reliable than trusting a written promise from anybody.

My details may have been misused. What is the first step?

Raise it with the desk straight away, rotate the Allpanel password to something new, and audit anywhere else that same string was reused. Where a transfer is caught up in it, raise the matter with your bank at the same time; the payment rail is theirs to freeze, not ours. Hold on to the screenshots. Without an ordered record of when each thing happened, nobody can trace anything at all.
